The WAT Test is part of the screen-out tests in ISSB. At the ISSB selection center, various tests are conducted to unveil a candidate's hidden personality, and among them, the WAT stands out as a unique personality checker. This test allows psychologists to assess and observe a candidate's abilities related to behavior, motivation, cognition, attention, and more, providing insights into their overall personality. What to Do in WAT Test? In this test, over 90 words are displayed on the projector. In response, a candidate is required to form simple, concise, and positive sentences using these words. Only 12-15 seconds are allotted for completing each sentence. Nature of words The words displayed on the projector include both positive and negative terms. Candidates must construct sentences in a way that each reflects a positive impression.
